Mission

Salus IRB is passionately committed to the protection of the rights and welfare of research participants. Our board and professional staff are dedicated to the provision of ethical reviews of the highest quality, combined with impeccable customer service. Our goal is to continually enhance our human research protection program to ensure effective, efficient and innovative processes.

Values

Salus IRB operates according to its policies and the application of our core values as independent review board professionals. Salus’ staff is provided with the tools and guidance necessary to adhere to an established code of conduct, through training and by the example set by the leadership team. As a diverse group of individuals in an emerging profession, we strive to influence others who participate in the research process to uphold these principles.
